All You Need to Know Before You Book

1️⃣ Pick Your Service & Book Your Slot Quick and easy — choose the service you need and select a date and time that suits you.

2️⃣ Receive Your Order Confirmation Once we get your booking request, we’ll check availability and send you an updated confirmation email titled: “Your Order Was Updated.”

📧 This email will include:

• The amount due

• Our bank account details for EFT payment

3️⃣ Make Your Payment & Send Proof Please complete payment within 20 minutes using your order number as reference, then send us your Proof of Payment (POP) so we can confirm your slot.

⚠️ Important: If no POP is received within 20 minutes, your booking slot will be cancelled and made available to the next customer.

4️⃣ Finalise Arrangements Once we receive your payment, we’ll be in touch to finalise the details.
